Pringa's Gallery & Best Recipes

Ingredients:

*chickpeas

* olive oil

* tahini

* lemon juice

* garlic

* salt

* a bottle of Pringa's Natural Flavour Hot Sauce or Pringa's Natural Flavour Creole style.

Preparation

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Combine all ingredients (chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and Pringa's Natural Flavour Hot Sauce or Pringa's Natural Flavour Creole Style) in the food processor. Blend hummus until smooth, at least 5 minutes.  Taste and add more of any of the ingredients to your liking.
Put hummus into a bowl and serve with your favourite pita chips, flat bread or raw vegetables.

**NOTE** the quantity of ingredients to be used is to your descretion.

Vegetable Stir-Fry in Lemon  Pringa's Natural Flavour Ginger Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower

  • 1 cup chopped broccoli

  • 2 carrots, sliced thin

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup snow peas

  • 2 green onions (scallions), chopped

PREPARATION

Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon or lime juice, and PRINGA'S GINGER SAUCE. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onion, and bell pepper in olive oil, stirring frequently.

 

After a minute or two, add the snow peas, green onions and soy sauce mixture, stirring to combine well. Continue to stir frequently until the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy, another 2-3 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
